SHIPPING, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Shipping Policy
Standard time of shipping is 7 to 10 days from receiving the order. All shipments are sent using a trusted courier service, and we provide tracking information once the order is dispatched. We take great pride in ensuring all orders are delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Replacement Policy
We offer a complete replacement for any manufacturing defect in our perforated sheet products. If you believe the product has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement. We will require proof of purchase and photos of the defect before we can process the exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy allows for orders to be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, we are unable to cancel orders as they will have already entered the processing stage. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order details and reason for cancellation.
